We´re developing (almost ready) this colaborative site in which we´d like to post media (mainly pics) through cellspin. is that possible?

I'm actually looking for this as well. Twitter offers an RSS feed, but I'm having issues posting to Twitter through CellSpin as well...

The CellSpin website does support RSS feeds, there is a known issue with feeds when text posts which will be fixed this weekend.
