  2. Enter the URL to access your wordpress blog via XMLRPC.
    • For wordpress.com blogs, this is typically http://{blogname}.wordpress.com.
    • For self-hosted sites, the URL can be whatever you configured the root of your wordpress installation to be.

The best reference for determining the proper URL is to use the login URL. For example, if you login to your wordpress via http://my.wordpress.net/blog/wp-login.php, the correct url to pass is http://my.wordpress.net/blog/, even if you can access your site via http://my.wordpress.net/.
