Coming off a loss of 4.6lbs on my first week at Weight Watchers, I'm feeling great and very motivated!

It was actually a lot easier than I thought. I was able to say no when I wanted, and then when I wanted to indulge, I could (like having a delicious glass of Pinot Grigio with dinner at Baton Rouge).

I made sure to record any food I put into my mouth, and am taking my WW stuff wherever I go. It's been very helpful at the grocery store, and at work!

This week there is only one challenge that I can foresee, and that is a bachelorette party on Saturday (details of which I may not divulge because the bachelorette reads my blog LOL).

so, I've got 35.4 lbs to go to my goal of 40lbs by the time we leave for Jamaica in October! I'm confident that if I stick with it, I can do it!

Here's a question for my readers: What is the one indulgent food you couldn't live without no matter what diet/plan/lifestyle change you were undertaking? (I am going to ask a question of my readers with every post...discuss in the comments!).

On an unrelated note, I am really liking the Blackberry app CellSpin (it's an app for blogging). Makes posting from wherever I am very easy! I will be adding a review this week!
